Originally designed in my first year as a conceptual floor plan, the Granger Residence was later developed into a full 3D model in my third-year Revit course. This two-story home balances functionality and thoughtful design, evolving from an initial spatial study into a comprehensive architectural set.

The construction drawings provide a detailed technical representation of the residence, including floor plans, elevations, door type elevations, a door and plumbing schedule, as well as a reflected ceiling plan with a lighting fixture legend. Each drawing refines the project's spatial organization and material selections, reinforcing the importance of precision and clarity in construction documentation.

This project represents my growth in integrating design intent with technical execution, ensuring that the Granger Residence is not only visually compelling but also buildable.
